Location: St. John’s You will assist monitoring and operating building computer controlled HVAC systems and other equipment and systems used in the normal day-to-day running of the facility. You will perform multi-trade preventative maintenance and mechanical, electrical, plumbing and architectural repairs within the building and perform other maintenance and cleaning duties as assigned. You will also perform all other duties related to or associated with this classification. You are responsible for your personal safety and that of co-workers by observing and promoting the company's Safety and Health Program and will be responsible for environmental aspects of the job and performing work in an environmentally responsible manner. You have graduated high school and have obtained a journeyperson certification as either an industrial electrician, plumber or mechanic (millwright or refrigeration/hv), and one year experience in the trade following certification and a working knowledge of other trades. You have a thorough knowledge of all regulations and safety rules and must possess and maintain an appropriate valid driver’s license. CLOSING DATE: December 11 th , 2012 |
